1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and tpower2 ("Company", "we", "us"), which operates the online betting and gaming platform at tpower2.best and all its subdomains. This document governs all aspects of your use of the platform, services, and products offered by tpower2.

By accessing the tpower2 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game available on this platform, you automatically acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. This agreement is legally valid and binding.

Tpower2 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms at any time with or without prior notice. Continued use of the tpower2 platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. tpower2 therefore recommends that you review this page periodically.

2 User Eligibility

To use the tpower2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of account registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of persons barred or prohibited from using online betting platforms in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Acting on your own behalf, and not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• Not diagnosed with a gambling addiction that requires a playing ban.

Tpower2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where there is reason to believe a user is underage, tpower2 may suspend the account immediately pending verification. Funds held in an account confirmed to belong to an underage user will not be returned and will be forfeited in full in accordance with applicable law.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) tpower2 account only. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them. tpower2 employs a range of technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. The information required includes:

• Full name as stated on your official identification document (MyKad or passport)
• Actual date of birth
• A valid and active email address
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A strong password keeps your account secure

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tpower2 username and password. All activity in your account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to tpower2. tpower2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Tpower2 only accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods. Any payment method not listed below will not be accepted and may be rejected or returned.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same player's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or forfeited subject to investigation. tpower2 reserves the right to request proof of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Tpower2 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond tpower2's control. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Players may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met:

• The tpower2 account has completed and passed the identity verification (KYC) process.
• There are no active bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements in the account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (unless specifically authorised by tpower2).
• The account is not under any form of restriction or investigation.

Tpower2 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for eWallets and 1–3 business days for FPX bank transfers. All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as additional verification requirements or payment provider technical limitations.

Tpower2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for legal compliance purposes, including anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and additional identity verification. In such situations, tpower2 will notify the player via email and request the necessary documents within a reasonable timeframe.

6 tpower2 Bonus & Promotions

Tpower2 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time as a reward for loyal players and a welcome for new members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on its respective promotions page, however the following general conditions apply to all tpower2 bonuses:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings generated from a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,000 in bets before withdrawing any winnings from that bonus.
• While bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met, the maximum bet per round is RM 20 or 10% of the bonus value (whichever is lower). Placing bets that exceed this limit while bonus mode is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games between 10%–20%, and Sports Betting between 50%–100% depending on the market type.
• Each bonus may only be used once per player, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Tpower2 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings if bonus abuse, collusion, or fraud is found to have occurred.

7 General Game Rules

All tpower2 players must comply with the game rules established for each game type. The specific rules for each game are available within the tpower2 platform itself. The following general rules apply across all games:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is complete. No appeals will be considered on grounds such as "I accidentally pressed the button" or "my internet disconnected at a critical moment".
• In the event of a technical disruption that causes a round to be suspended in an unresolvable state, all bets will be returned to the player and the round will be considered void.
• The use of automation software (bots), external artificial intelligence, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Collusion between players — particularly in Poker — is a serious breach of tpower2's terms and will be met with strict action, including permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs in the gaming software to gain an unfair advantage will result in all winnings obtained through such means being voided in full.

Tpower2 maintains a full record of all matches and transactions on the platform. These records serve as conclusive evidence in any dispute. If you believe a technical error has affected your bet, you must report it to customer support within 24 hours of the incident. Late reports may not be investigated effectively.

8 Sports Betting & Live Matches

The tpower2 Sports Betting section offers odds across a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton (BWF World Championships, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, All England), tennis, esports (Mobile Legends, DOTA2, CS:GO), and more. The following conditions apply specifically to the Sports Betting section:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings — except in cases of an obvious technical error in the odds setting.
• Tpower2 reserves the right to cancel or partially void bets in the event of a manifest error in odds-setting (for example, odds significantly outside the market due to a system error).
• For postponed or cancelled matches, all bets will be refunded unless the specific conditions of that market state otherwise.
• In-play/live betting markets are subject to cut-off times for bet acceptance. tpower2 reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance at any time during a live match.
• Parlay/accumulator bets will be settled based on all outcomes obtained. If one leg is voided, that leg will be calculated at odds of 1.00 (minimum odds) unless otherwise stated.

9 Responsible Gaming

Tpower2 takes our social responsibility seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment that should be enjoyable and never a burden on anyone's life. To that end, tpower2 provides the following self-control tools, accessible to all players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited into your tpower2 account. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time, but increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once this limit is reached, the tpower2 system will block further betting until the limit period resets.
• Play Time Limit: Limit the amount of time you spend on the tpower2 platform each day or per session. The system will alert you when you are approaching your time limit.
• Cool-off: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, you will be unable to log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. This action cannot be reversed within the specified period.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Tpower2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Users found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The user is found to have used multiple accounts.
• The user is involved in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity through the platform.
• Users found to be using bot software or any other unfair method to gain an advantage in games.
• The user has been found to be systematically abusing bonuses.
• Underage users below 18 years of age who misuse the platform.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority requiring account closure is in place.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the tpower2 customer support team. All valid remaining funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once the final verification process is completed, provided there are no outstanding issues related to the account.

12 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Tpower2 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to players via their registered email or through an in-platform notice within a reasonable period before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the player and tpower2 within a reasonable time shall be referred to the appropriate arbitration body or tribunal.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision alone shall be deemed severed from these Terms, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

The Malay version of these Terms & Conditions is the official document. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy in a translation into another language, the Malay version shall prevail.
